1. About Foxwood Produce

These terms cover use of this website and consumer purchases agreed directly with Foxwood Produce. For questions, orders, cancellations or complaints, contact Jordan Greenwood:

2. Enquiries and placing an order

This website presents our produce and prepares email enquiries. It has no online checkout and does not take payment. An enquiry is not an order or an obligation to buy. A purchase contract is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance of your order by email or another agreed written method.

Before you commit to an order, we will confirm the available products, quantities, total price including applicable taxes, payment method, delivery costs, delivery arrangements and any relevant cancellation information. We will provide confirmation in a form you can keep. Wholesale or business purchases may be subject to separately agreed written terms.

3. Products and prices

Products are subject to availability. Apple juice is a natural product and colour and flavour may vary between batches. Photographs illustrate our produce; please check the confirmed description for the variety and bottle size you are ordering.

Our displayed prices are £4.50 for a 750ml bottle and £2.45 for a 250ml bottle, including any applicable taxes. We confirm the total payable before accepting an order. If a price or description is wrong, we will explain the correction and let you decide whether to proceed before acceptance.

Follow the storage instructions and best-before information on the bottle. Contact us before ordering if you need ingredient, allergen or other product information.

4. Payment and delivery

Payment arrangements are agreed directly with us. Do not send card details through the enquiry form or by email. Delivery costs £3.95 for orders below £75. For other orders, delivery locations and any special arrangements, we will confirm the delivery charge before you commit to purchase.

We will agree a delivery timeframe with you. Unless another time is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order. Contact us promptly if a delivery is missing or damaged; this does not limit your legal rights. For consumer purchases, goods remain at our risk until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession, subject to the legal rules for a carrier you arrange independently.

5. Cancelling a consumer distance order

Where the statutory distance-selling cancellation right applies, you can cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Contact us at the details above; a clear email is sufficient, or you can use the model form below.

Unless we agree otherwise, you pay the direct cost of returning goods for a change-of-mind cancellation. We will refund the price and the cost of our standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. We may make a lawful deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Legal exceptions may apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. We do not assume every bottle of juice is exempt: we will explain any applicable exception before purchase. These exceptions do not affect rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

6. Faults, refunds and our satisfaction guarantee

Your goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If there is a problem, contact us so we can arrange the remedy required by consumer law, including a refund or replacement where applicable. We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or misdescribed goods.

We also stand by our advertised promise: if you do not love our juice, we offer a 100% refund. Contact Jordan with your purchase details to arrange it. This promise is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace or restrict them.

7. Regular orders

Regular deliveries are arranged directly with us. We will agree quantities, price, frequency, payment and how you can change or end the arrangement before it begins. This website does not create an automatic subscription.

8. Using our website

You may use this website to learn about our produce and contact us. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or disrupt the service. Our branding, photographs and written content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Contact us if you want to reuse them commercially.

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur. External links are provided for convenience and their operators are responsible for their own content.

9. Responsibility and your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing restricts your statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by a breach of our contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, as required by law.

10. Complaints, law and changes

Please contact us if you have a complaint and we will work with you to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable where they live. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law, including the courts of their home jurisdiction where that right applies.

We may revise these terms for future purchases. The terms agreed when we accept your order apply to that order.
